What types of popups are there?
Trustmary offers several popup options:
Notification popup
Popup form with testimonial
Call to action bar
Full screen popup
Modal form

All popups have a great effect on making your website more dynamic and increasing conversions.
However, if you are looking to capture leads, pop-up forms are the way to go.

But now, let's start with a 5-step guide to creating a lead generation popup.
Step 1: Choose your character!
To view our pop-up templates, go to Widgets on Trustmary and click Create a new widget in the top right corner of the page.
You can filter the templates by clicking Popup in the filter bar.
Next, choose the lead generation widget template you'd like to use by clicking on it and then clicking Use Template .

Step 2: Customize
Customize the popup to fit your brand and website style.
Customize the form fields, colors, and social proof included in the template.

Step 3: Add it to the web
Once you are happy with the design, it is time to add it to your website.
Go to Add to Website at the top of the page.
If you haven't already, add the Trustmary tag to your website using Google Tag Manager.
If you have already added the Trustmary tag previously, a green text will appear saying “Installed successfully”. You are now ready to move on to the next part.
Step 4: Set triggers and customize display settings
You can now customize the trigger that activates the popup and modify other display settings.
Triggers to use:
Page Load activates the popup every time a page is loaded
Page Scroll triggers the popup after the visitor has scrolled down a page a certain amount
Exit Intent triggers the popup when a visitor is about to leave the page
In addition to triggers, you can choose:
on which pages to show the popup
On which devices is the popup displayed?
how long is the popup visible
how often is it displayed
during what percentage of sessions is the popup visible
