You've had the key moment of inspiration: you know your business idea is good but... how do you know if you can bet everything on red?
Have you ever wondered if your business idea will meet a need of your clients and if it is viable?
We tell you how to find out in this post
Being an entrepreneur is not the bed of roses that some people imagine. It is a mountain climb in which you will encounter snow storms, steep climbs, good and not so good travel companions and many lessons along the way. Shall we begin?
Validate your hypothesis now
It's not a question of mathematics, but of common telecommunications email list sense. Why would you work on a business idea that no one is interested in, or that someone is interested in but wouldn't pay for?
You'll have to ask yourself:
Who is my client?
What's your problem?
Why do you have it?
How does my idea solve the problem?
Is the client willing to pay for my solution?
To answer all these questions:
Study your potential clients on social media: what problems they have, what they complain about, what they search for, what they comment on and what they post.
Conduct online surveys . Prepare a short survey to be conducted via email or social media with simple, concise questions to find out what your potential customers need.
Analyze your competition . What do they do? How much do they charge? Who are their customers?
Create a picture of your business idea with Canvas
Grab a pen and a good stack of post-its because you're going to need them. It's time to start shaping your idea.
Do you know what a Canvas is? It is a “canvas” on which you will capture the most important aspects of your business :
The problem your business idea solves.
