Information to its users

Post by billal hossen »

Users of a specific category can be informed by e-mail of the publication of a new document , such as an attachment related to a course, an event, or a new issue of Apinforma. The site management system, in fact, provides for integrating the publication of an update with the sending of an e-mail to interested members.

In this email, the title of the uploaded document is specified in the subject and the link to the confapifvg.it site where it can be downloaded is specified in the text. It is therefore a newsletter service perfectly integrated with the management of the website.

After sending an email communication, an activity report is sent to the website administrator.

Informing members and interested parties about news, business opportunities, courses, meetings and thematic events is undoubtedly one of the most important services of Confapi FVG.

The site gives ample space to the informative part. The news is presented on the homepage, while the in-depth analysis of most of them is restricted access . This choice allows the Association to present a brief france telegram data introduction of the articles to help interested parties understand the type and frequency of the proposed topics and to encourage registrations of those who actually want to take advantage of the services offered by Confapi FVG.

Also dedicated to information are two sections of the site containing, as already mentioned, the archive of the pdf versions of Apinforma , a fortnightly periodical published by Confapi FVG and the archive of Apiflash , synthetic and non-periodic news bulletins with updates on calls for tenders, deadlines, conferences.

Access to the sections is also in this case reserved for members.

Having understood the importance of the web for the immediate dissemination of digital content, Confapi FVG has also been able to reduce the costs related to the paper printing of the periodical Apinforma , which since 2012 has been published only in PDF version and is made available on the website.

Clikka!Com took care of the graphic design of the publication and provided initial training to internal staff on the software used for the layout of the various periodical issues. In this way, the client's management autonomy is complete.
