How many hours a day do you spend looking at different screens? Laptop and computer monitors, phones, tablets, and at the end of the day, televisions? Too much, right? As relaxing as it may seem after a hard day, looking at a monitor for the purpose of rest is not always the best idea.

Social media? Same thing! There's hardly a person who isn't on some social media, platform, or communication platform like WhatsApp, Viber, or Messenger. It can be fun. It can be useful. But more than anything, it's often tedious, useless, and a waste of time.

As much as it's not bad to be social online and communicate with family bolivia whatsapp list friends over the internet because it saves time, we shouldn't forget that real life and the real world exist outside of monitors, the internet, and social networks.

If you dedicate yourself more to your real offline life, you will feel better, happier, and more relaxed. You will have more time and be able to prioritize the way you should.

Learn to say no.
Not to people you don't like and who tire you out. Not to things that don't make you happy and aren't useful to you. Not to activities that just take up time. Not to jobs that will force you to multitask. Not to everything that causes you stress and that you do because you're afraid or don't know how to say no.
