There is often talk about the ideal profile of an entrepreneur. Although there is no magic recipe, it is clear that there are a series of knowledge, skills, attitudes or aptitudes that are appropriate for controlling and managing a company .

We can group this set of values ​​into three large groups : personal, interpersonal and strategic skills.


Personal skills
These are those that refer to the personality and behavior of the individual and can be divided into external, which are seen to the outside, or internal.

We should not only focus on the traditional task of managing people. There are elements that, already common in other spheres, have been transferred to business management, one of them may be coaching .
