We can group this set of values into three large groups : personal, interpersonal and strategic skills.
Personal skills
These are those that refer to the personality and behavior of the individual and can be divided into external, which are seen to the outside, or internal.
External characteristics are those behaviors that a clinics email list person displays in his or her performance and that have to do with the way in which he or she carries it out. These are proactivity , which is characterized by creativity, optimism and initiative, and personal management , which includes stress management, time management and attention management.
Internal attitudes are related to self-government and include self-control, integrity, decision-making and emotional balance. We can also group here attitudes related to personal learning , which includes interest in personal improvement, self-criticism and self-knowledge.
Interpersonal skills
Within this group we refer to the skills that people must have when managing their relationships with others . The company's activity is a team effort, so the ability to communicate, delegate and lead is very important.
We should not only focus on the traditional task of managing people. There are elements that, already common in other spheres, have been transferred to business management, one of them may be coaching .
