How my coaching will be different

4. Set aside 5 to 10 hours a week to avoid overloading your schedule with non-value-added activities
It’s important to write down how your coaching will change . Coaches who don’t do this easily slip into the same coaching moves they’ve made in the past. But if you write these actions down, you can conduct your own accountability checks to ensure you’re staying on target as you revise your plan.
What I will change to make my coaching as effective as possible.
– I will be much more intentional in how I work with the team
– Will focus on 3 key areas: Prospecting, Sales Talks, and Win Lab
– Will be much more focused on action and accountability; not just giving advice, but doing
– Will double my coaching time per month versus ad hoc meetings and reports
Success Metrics
