As I told you, it's an ultra precious moment for me. It's the second thing I like best about my activity ( because what I like above all is to help you become autonomous and comfortable with your content ). This routine really helps me enjoy my content creation . It allows me to be much more serene and also more flexible.
I don't create my content at the last minute. So if something canada whatsapp mobile phone number list unexpected happens ( a global pandemic for example ), I am able to adapt my content without any stress. Everything is under control. And for someone who likes to manage everything, that's important.
Knowing how to organize your content creation is not contradictory to spontaneity or authenticity . Quite the opposite. It will help you remain consistent in your words and truly bring value to your ideal client. Let's not forget that it is for them that you create content.
My special contents routine
Again, my routine is ideal for me. It may not be for you and that's normal. I'm sharing it with you for information purposes. It's up to you to build the routine that suits you. However, the steps I'm going to mention are essential to the success of your content . No matter how organized you are, it's the basis for being consistent and seeing results from your posts ( i.e., finding clients ).
Plan my monthly content
Every month, around the 20th, I prepare my editorial calendar for the following month . Depending on my monthly objective, I write down all the topics I want to discuss with you. This allows me to adjust my content to maintain consistency in the themes I share with you . This way, I know what I'm going to say and I no longer have to ask myself this question when writing. Furthermore, if I change my mind or have new ideas, I can very easily modify my editorial calendar without losing consistency in what I'm offering you. The magic of planning!
Prepare my publications in advance
Every week, I write the content for the following week . I like to be ahead of schedule with my content to be prepared for any eventuality ( and to be able to make last-minute changes, if necessary ). Once again, this allows me to be much more relaxed and flexible . For example, at the end of January I decided to take a week off that was not planned. Since I was ahead of schedule, I was able to postpone all the publications planned for that week to the following week. And hey presto, a week of rest without worrying because I knew that my content was ready for my return.

Schedule my content
Once my posts are written and the visuals are done, there is one last step: programming. This allows me to be much freer than if I had to post in real time . Everything is managed automatically by my tools ( I'll tell you about it at the end of the article ). I can go about my business without having this additional mental load . And believe me, it feels great! Of course, I still log in when my post is published to respond to the first comments.
My routine is well-oiled and works wonderfully. However, it doesn't rely solely on my brain ( otherwise, it would have exploded a long time ago ). I surround myself with tools that allow me to organize my content creation.
