Unless they've signed a deal with you, they want to know how it's going to solve their problem and nothing more. That's right, keep it short, concise, and interesting. Only mention the details your client needs to know. Brevity is something you should use throughout your proposal writing process.


If you’re under the impression that the longer the proposal, the list of chile cell phone numbers more flattering it will be to your client, then you’re on the wrong track. Quite the opposite. If your offer takes more than 7-8 minutes to read, the customer will not find your offer valuable enough.

Your offer should include details such as how you will solve the problem, how long it will take, how much capital will be required. These basic details are what the customer is looking for at the beginning, and being able to find them in one go will make a strong first impression.
