A guideline thanks to your values

Post by simarahman5835 »

To have an ethical business and be in line with yourself, you must stay aligned with your values. By having defined your values precisely, you create a guideline for your business . You know where you are going. Because the most important thing is not to forget your values and to integrate them into each of your actions.

It is essential that you communicate around these values . Your target must know them to be able to identify even more easily with your company. If they recognize themselves in them, they will want to know more about your products or services because they will feel confident. And a confident person is a potential customer.

How to define your values?
Values are very personal. As I told you above, there are no hong kong whatsapp good or bad values. If I find certain values horrifying (like racism, homophobia and all that fun), some people will not share my point of view. And that's normal. There are no two Clémentine Lavotes. It's the same thing for the values of your company. There will be no two companies with exactly the same values as yours. So, there is only one solution to feel in line with your business: listen to yourself and know what are the non-negotiable values for you.

Few values but strong values
There is no point in making a 4-page list. As always, it is better to focus on quality over quantity . If you are not 100% convinced by a value that you display, delete it. By highlighting a lot of different values, you risk losing your target. What are the 4 or 5 strong and essential values for you and your company? These are the ones that you must share with your community, your customers, your team.

For example, mine are: positivity ( I want to work in a good mood ), commitment ( I work on my scale for the protection of biodiversity and I align my work with this desire ), humanity ( I want to have open and transparent relationships, in all humanity ) and sincere ( no pretense, I want the truth ).Today, people need to identify with the brands they buy. They must like the products/services as much as the story and values advocated. And for that, there is only one solution: authenticity! You do not communicate to show off. You share to achieve your goals, to create a relationship of proximity and trust . What better way to do it than by being honest and transparent with your community?
