Select OFD from the list
The third step is to select an OFD. You must sign an agreement with them in advance. Sign the form digitally and submit it for review.
Enter the KKT registration number and TIN into the online cash register.
After the Federal Tax Service check, you'll see a window with the cash register's registration number. This number, along with the Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN), must be entered into the cash register itself.
It's important to be careful when entering jamaica cell phone database numbers. If you enter even one number incorrectly, your fiscal cumulative record will become invalid and you'll need a new one.
Fill out the “Cash Register Report” and print the receipt.
Once you enter all the numbers into the cash register, it will print a receipt with the registration data. This receipt will contain 10 numbers, which should be copied into the "Cash Register Registration Report" in the "Fiscal Indicator" line.

After this, sign and send it to the tax office for verification
Obtain a registration card.
If the verification is successful, a registration card will be created in your personal account on the FTS website.
Complete registration with the OFD
Log in to your OFD account and enter your registration details. Your cash register is now ready for use.
How to use the cash register
Of course, the first step is to study the cash register manual. The controls and their names vary depending on the cash register model.
There are also general rules for using the cash register:
Before starting work, you need to open a shift. During this process, a report is generated indicating the new shift number and the cashier's name. Without this information, a receipt cannot be generated.
Every transaction with a customer must be accompanied by a receipt. Failure to issue a receipt may result in a fine. If the customer requires an electronic receipt, it must be sent by email or SMS.
It's important to monitor the status of payments. If document transfers are interrupted, check your internet connection and reestablish it.
Don't forget to close your shifts. It's important to ensure that they don't exceed 24 hours (this is illegal). If you forget to close a shift and don't complete it within 24 hours, the FN will be blocked. However, after you close the old shift, the accumulator will allow you to continue trading.
When the FN memory runs out, the online cash register will have to be re-registered, after which it will generate a cash register re-registration report.
Sending checks via online cash register
When a cashier creates a receipt, all data is immediately transferred to the fiscal data operator (OFD). If the internet connection is down, all information is still transferred to the fiscal data storage device. When the connection is restored, the previously saved data is transferred to the OFD.
